Bakersfield, CA — The Kern County Cancer Foundation (KCCF) extends a heartfelt thank you to Rick Kreiser and Guitar Masters for graciously hosting the 11th Annual Christmas with the Cranktones fundraiser, a beloved holiday tradition benefiting local cancer patients.
This special evening featured a truly one-of-a-kind performance by the Cranktones, a group of renowned musicians who come together each year to spread holiday cheer through exceptional live music. Led by Carl Verheyen, legendary guitarist best known for his work with Supertramp, the Cranktones have made Christmas with the Cranktones a Bakersfield tradition for more than a decade.

Year after year, the concert has drawn enthusiastic audiences and delivered heartfelt performances, raising nearly half a million dollars in support of the Kern County Cancer Foundation. These funds directly impact local cancer patients by helping cover critical needs such as treatment costs, medical care, transportation, and other essential services.
KCCF sincerely thanks everyone who attended and supported this year’s event. Your generosity allows the Foundation to continue its mission of providing hope, assistance, and relief to cancer patients and their families throughout Kern County.
The evening was truly wonderful—filled with great music, great people, and great vibes—all in the spirit of giving during the holiday season.
