Kern County Cancer Foundation Thanks Kern Family Health Care for Successful Valentine’s Fundraiser

Bakersfield, CA – The Kern County Cancer Foundation extends its heartfelt gratitude to Kern Family Health Care (KFHC) for hosting a meaningful and successful Valentine’s Day fundraiser in support of local cancer patients.

Through the generosity of KFHC employees, who purchased Valentine gifts and delicious baked goodies, an incredible $2,138 was raised to benefit Kern County residents currently undergoing cancer treatment.

Every fundraiser directly impacts local families by helping cover essential expenses such as treatment-related bills, transportation, and daily living costs. The support from KFHC employees demonstrates the power of community and compassion in action.

“It was truly inspiring to see so many employees come together to make a difference,” said Alissa Turner of the Kern County Cancer Foundation. “Their enthusiasm and generosity will directly help local patients who are facing some of the most challenging times in their lives.”

The Kern County Cancer Foundation is proud to partner with community organizations like KFHC, whose commitment to giving back continues to strengthen support for local cancer patients and their families.
