KCCF Is Honored As Kern Health System's Grant Recipient

The Kern County Cancer Foundation (KCCF) was honored to be a part of Kern Health Systems’ press conference today as they announced their commitment to the community through their Grants and Strategic Initiatives.

As a result we have been awarded $200,000 to develop and implement a Mobile Patient Financial Navigation Program to provide our assistance and services to cancer patients and families living in the outlying areas of Kern County.

This program will launch in May. We are excited for this opportunity to bring our support to our entire community. We hope you are celebrating with us and join us in thanking Kern Health Systems.

In 2012, local oncologists and community members rallied together to start Kern County Cancer Foundation to eliminate the financial burden brought on by a cancer diagnosis.
