Teaming Up Against Cancer 2025

The Kern County Cancer Foundation extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in and supported the Teaming Up Against Cancer event on March 15, 2025.

This incredible gathering brought together teams from across the community, uniting in a shared mission to raise essential funds for local cancer patients.

With great enthusiasm, participants engaged in friendly competition while supporting a cause that directly benefits those battling cancer.

Proceeds from the event will provide financial assistance for treatment bills, medications, travel expenses, and other critical needs, helping to ease the burdens faced by patients and their families.

“We are truly grateful for the community’s support and the dedication of all the teams who came out to participate,” said Alissa Turner, Fundraising & Special Events Manager for Kern County Cancer Foundation. “Your generosity and commitment make a real difference in the lives of local cancer patients.”

A special thank you goes out to the survivors who joined us for this meaningful occasion. Their strength and resilience served as an inspiration to all in attendance, reminding us why we continue this vital work.

The Kern County Cancer Foundation looks forward to seeing everyone again next year for another fantastic event. Together, we will continue making a difference in the fight against cancer.
